COMO TE VES, ME VI - Oil on canvas serie
‘I grew up in Mexico very close to my grandmothers'. I loved to look at their photographs and listen to their stories. This series is inspired by my grandmothers' experiences of being a young women growing up in Mexico in the first half of the 1900's. In those days it took a lot of courage to follow your heart in an extremely conservative era’.
